NISA Air Company Ltd. Founded in 1996 as a subsidiary of Robinson Helicopter dealer for the CR, which in our market has operated since 1992.

NISA Air is the only official authorized dealer of the Robinson Helicopter Company in the Czech Republic. We are the largest helicopter company in the Republic in regards to the sale of helicopters (GA) along with pilot training. During the last 20 years we have sold over 50 helicopters and our school has certified dozens of pilots. We are number one in the number of serviced Robinson helicopters in the Czech Republic.

In the spring of 2011, the company ControlTech became the 100% owner of the NISA Air. ControlTech together with its parent company SPEL is the leader in industrial automation and engineering in the Czech Republic and currently employs approximately 500 people with an annual revenue of 1.6 billion CZK in 2010. With new, noteworthy, capable ownership NISA Air enters the industry with a large company background, tested processes, financial and investment backing.

NISA Air is currently working on plans for a new state of the art building, which would include a service and training center at the airport in Mlada Boleslav (LKMB).  At this time we are working on our certification services according to EASA PART 145, and are also preparing for the arrival of a new turbine helicopter R66. Furthermore, we have expanded our scope of the new high performance ultralight BlackShape Prime, which has resulted in great success.

During this business expansion and creation technical advancements, we have become the exclusive dealer for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Preparations for further changes and investments in the training center are being made.  Together with Aeroklub in Mlada Boleslav, new creative ideas and solutions to create new fuel farms at the airport are in discussion.

NISA Air operates as an authorized service center for Robinson helicopters, and has been certified by both the manufacturer and by the Civil Aviation in Prague. On the basis of completed courses and training directly from the manufacturer in Torrrance, the California Service Center is authorized to perform all kinds of revisions, including repairs and other maintenance activities up to Helicopter overhaul.
